Hadrian Lodge is in Ebchester, near Consett in County Durham. From the A694 follow signs towards Ebchester village. The lodge is along a quiet country lane and private on-site parking for two cars is available on arrival.
The nearest railway station is Metheringham, though for this location the most practical rail access is via Newcastle Central or Durham stations, both within around 15 - 20 miles. A taxi or hired car from either station is the best way to reach the lodge.
