A beautiful property, in a lovely location. We recently stayed at Dairy Barn as a group of 10 adults and children celebrating a 50th birthday, the property was immaculately clean and styled, with everything needed for cooking and cleaning. The hot tub and sauna were also wonderful additions! The owner was extremely accommodating with any requests, and communication was prompt and professional. We had an excellent time, and would definitely return again in the future.

Absolutely fabulous extended weekend stay in the wonderful property. Immaculately presented with all that our large 10 group needed for perfect getaway and accommodation whilst attending a family wedding. Highly recommended with luxury accommodation, wonderful views and fun facilities including a hot tub and sauna.

We stayed at New Dairy Barn to celebrate a family occasion 290526 310536. There was 10 of us, 6 adults and four children aged between 16 and 7. The property was absolutely perfect for us, we loved it! The barn was very spacious and well appointed, spotlessly clean too. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bedrooms were lovely especially the two on the top floor which have very large ensuites. The downstairs bathroom is a very good size too. The beds were very comfortable, everything in the barn was well maintained and looked brand new. The drinks fridge was a very welcome addition on an especially hot weekend. We didnt use the sauna but the hot tub had plenty of use. The barn is in a lovely quiet location and the little outside garden area and patio was well used by us. As others have said the photos on the website dont really do it justice, it is much bigger and better than it appears on line.

Nice property in a great location for Durham and seeing the north east of England. Ample easy parking for 34 cars. Lovely village nearby with 2 good pubs. Both do good food options. Owner was friendly and very helpful. We used the hot tub which was great, didnt try the Sauna. Overall its a spacious house quite new and well worth a visit.

This is a beautifully finished holiday let that we would definitely recommend. We stayed here for a week with 4 adults and 4 children and the property was plenty big enough. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook with and its fair to say the photos dont do this place justice. Its only recently finished so feels new and luxurious. The host was incredibly helpful and the hot tub and sauna were a great end to our days. Its a quiet location and we enjoyed local river walks and a quiet walk to the local pub. Thank you for a great stay.

Wonderful house. Loads of space. Everything brand new and immaculate. Nice owner who was very helpful as well. Bathrooms are gorgeous. Beds are comfy. Lovely touch to have a hot tub and sauna outside. Kitchen dining lounge makes a great open plan space for families to get together. We were 3 families together and the space was amazing for us. Highly recommend the house and Im sure we will be back.
