Games room excellent had loads of fun. Paul is so helpful and has so many more lovely ideas for an already lovely place. Brilliant location for Beamish, Saltburn beach and Hill Hall Farm which we would highly recommend. Garden excellent, took lots of outside games had fun time. We will return.

Beckwick has loads of space and the games room is a real plus. Set against that, the surroundings are not in keeping with the property itself which felt a bit odd. Overall though the house is tired and in need of a refresh. The oven and microwave were dirty and the overall cleanliness wasn’t great. The picturesque bridge and pond from the photos were closed and more or less empty respectively. It’s fine if space is your main priority.

Had a fantastic week here with the family.Plenty of room. Hot tub and games room where a big hit with everyone.Paul the host was only a phone call away if we needed anything. When we told Paul ,my husband suffered from the cold at night ,he ordered and delivered an electric blanket.
